📄 What documents can I print with the printer?

​Yes. The printer can connect via USB or Bluetooth directly to your phone, tablet or laptop, so you can print without needing an internet connection.

🔌 How is the printer powered in the truck?

The printer connects to the truck’s power supply using a 12V power cable. If your truck uses 24V, we provide a specific voltage converter to adapt the power safely.

In many trucks it is also possible to use 220V power, either through built-in sockets or via a power converter.

💰 Does the printer require ink or toner?

​

No. The printer uses direct thermal technology, so it does not require ink or toner.

​

It prints by applying heat to special thermal paper, reducing maintenance costs, avoiding print head cleaning and eliminating issues related to cartridges or toner.

To give you an idea, the printing system is similar to the receipt printers you see in supermarkets.

However, in this case we are talking about a high-end professional portable printer, designed to work in demanding transport and road conditions, capable of producing high-quality A4 prints.

✍️ Can I write on the printed paper?

Yes. You can write on the thermal paper using a pen or marker.

The printed documents remain clearly legible for up to 10 years.

🤞 Is the printer protected inside the truck?

​

Yes. The printer is housed inside a protective PVC case with IP54 protection (reference PARC001) designed to absorb vibrations, shocks, water, dust and splashes.

The printer remains fully protected at all times: the paper exits through a slot in the case without needing to open it, and to reload paper you simply remove a small rubber cover that fits securely onto the casing.

​

The entire unit is securely installed on the truck dashboard, keeping it accessible, stable and protected while driving or working.

⏳ How long does the battery last?

On a single charge, the battery can print approximately 600 pages, providing enough autonomy for a full working day.
